Hello I am in Spain and don’t have internet , I am trying to activate the roaming but is not working . Can someone tell me step by step what to do or when can I ring so they can help over the phone

Does your phone have a connection to any Spanish networks?

That will be a good indication of whether your roaming facility is active, which is the setting you need.
