Hi

I am currently in the US and I have received the text to welcome me to the US and confirm my package includes US so no extra costs for roaming etc. 

After day 1 EE seemed to have turned my roaming off. 

Unless I have WiFi I do not have any Internet, calls. Messages. 

I have tried switching networks. Still not working. 

Ee: this is causing a huge problem as  I have not got a car and we are using ubers etc.   So if I am somewhere without WiFi I am struggling to get a car. 

I checked the 2nd number on my account prior to travel and that said it also had the travel roam extra included.  This has now disappeared and my son doesn't have it anymore 

Please can someone from EE contact me as I cannot even call you as it says I have no network connection

Do you have any networks showing if you manually search for a network?
