Hi All,
I forgat to require roaming services before left UK. Now I can not start texts and request any authorization code by text message.
Is there any way to contact with EE team and require the service?

Ok guys thanks all help.
I put my SIM from Galaxy S20 to my Realme phone and few moments later the roaming was active. I do not know what was the problem with the Sam settings.

Assuming you are on pay-monthly, login to your myEE online account or app, find "Parental & data controls", and enable the following 2 options:
1: International roaming
2: Call abroad & Premium rate

Thanks for your quick answer but did not find that menu in my settings. I have pay as you go and topping up automatically.
I would like to reach a staff member via Wifi application. Or chat surface.

So you're on PAYG. That is auto-enabled for roaming, providing you used your phone on EE's UK network first - before travelling abroad. Did you?
If not, your phone will not work abroad until you do so. There is no workaround for thi.

I used many times in the UK. It is strange because the roaming is switched on my phone. Galaxy S20
I will try the SIM in my other phone as well.

@Kerobi : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
