Am in Dubai and my roaming not working
Purchased an extra yesterday and phone won’t work here

Did you activate roaming on your account?
Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Click on the person icon in the corner - Settings and Permissions - activate roaming abroad

The advice above in this thread from Northerner gives information on the checks needed to ensure your phone is correctly setup for international roaming.
It is that which enables access to local networks in foreign countries, and is different from adding a billing add-on. A billing add-on doesn't automatically enable the roaming facility.
