Hi, I am in Spain, I have a 4g signal and can make calls and texts. But cannot use the internet or WhatsApp at all. I have the roaming package . I have roaming turned on and I have checked the EE app to confirm I have roaming. What is happening? I feel like I have gone back in time having a useless phone with no internet.

Could you please try manually connecting to another available network?
Are you aware if you have a spend cap on your account?

Same here but we’re in Florida USA, it’s worked fine for the last 10 days and now stopped working , we bought the roaming plan before we left, currently typing on WiFi
has anyone any ideas ?

Hi, my spend cap was back to zero. I put it back up and all is fine now. Thanks for the help.
