Roaming not working in Slovenia

Hi I pay a monthly charge on my account for EU roaming but I’ve arrived in Slovenia today and it’s not working.

I was here in October as well and never had any issues. I’ve changed my roaming settings and also completed (3 times) a soft reset on my iPhone 13 with no joy.

Can you assist please?
