My phone isn't working in Jersey. I didn't text 150 prior to going as I always had the setting on (used to travel a lot). However it appears when I got a new contract that setting was turned off. I am a pay monthly customer, and turned the roaming setting on in MyEE over 24 hours ago. Still not able to connect to a provider. When trying to manually choose, all networks are followed by "(forbidden)". Can someone please help?

@Leanne_T how can I do this when I have no service to call any of the numbers, no access to any of the branches, and I can't access the 'message us' option?
