Hi
My phone isn't working in Jersey. I didn't text 150 prior to going as I always had the setting on (used to travel a lot). However it appears when I got a new contract that setting was turned off. I am a pay monthly customer, and turned the roaming setting on in MyEE over 24 hours ago. Still not able to connect to a provider. When trying to manually choose, all networks are followed by "(forbidden)". Can someone please help?

Do you automatically connect to a network?
When logging back into your My EE does it show Roaming and Calling Abroad as active?

I have tried both automatically connecting and manually connecting.
Roaming and calling is active.
I have restarted the phone numerous times since activating these settings too.

Do all networks still show forbidden?
Could you try turning 4G off in your device settings and try and connect?
