Roaming not working abroad

Hi,

Im in Spain and want to use my phone as a hotspot to do some work, but i am not getting service.  I am on the monthly contract and thought I had set up a roaming pass before i left the uk.  What can i do to resolve this.

Welcome to the community. 

Did you activate roaming by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?

Simply purchasing an add-on will not activate this setting.
