Dearest ee,
I cannot get a hold of you from abroad. I have used roaming before and it’s been easy. I’m in Canada and my roaming has been blocked on ee but the roam free has been activated. I can’t seem to unblock it. Please help! I’ve done all the troubleshooting. Turning off phone, choosing the network, turning the roaming off and on on my phone. Help!

Roaming isn't a phone setting but an account/network-level one. Also adding a roaming bundle doesn't, of itself, enable the roaming facility.
If "international roaming" shows as blocked in your myEE online account and you're not able to activate it yourself, you will need to contact EE directly.
If you have another working phone, then call +44 7953 966250. Otherwise try +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
You may also be able to try a live chat from within your myEE online account.
