I am currently in Barbados and wanting to get a daily roaming add-on. I responded to the EE text on arrival but on trying to buy data I have a message ‘You are currently blocked from buying additional data - speak to the account holder’. But I am the account holder!
Any ideas to get around this?

Are you set up as the bill payer here in the manage numbers section of your My EE account? To purchase the add-on.

Yes, I am the bill payer and the account is in my name.
Can I go into my ee account to get a daily roaming add on?

Yes, you should be able to. Do you have an active spend cap that could be blocking the purchase?

Just to double check, if you log in to My EE and go to manage numbers, do you show as the bill payer or a user?
