Roaming charges

We are going on holiday to Croatia and we don’t want to pay for data roaming. How do we avoid paying for it?

Roaming means using your phone abroad. Data roaming means using mobile data whilst roaming. Data roaming charges can therefore be avoided by not using mobile data whilst roaming.

If you do wish to use roaming services, ensure your phone has roaming enabled by texting ROAMING to 150. Assuming you are on pay-monthly.

Lots of people seem to be having trouble with the roaming at the moment. See other threads. I paid for mine but it doesn’t work . I am outside Europe though. I think mine works in Europe included in my plan
