Roaming blocked

Roaming has been blocked on my contract phone I have been traveling for 20 years without any problems. I have contacted via chat and they tell me they have turned it on and done a network reset but still no service and it still shows as blocked in the app and greyed out on the website. they tell me they can do no more!?!?

@NickB355  you’ve been travelling for 20 years !!!  Wow,

 

 EE only started in 2012 so only 9 years with EE.  

 

Where are you now ?  Have you turned  the device off and on again? 

It only changed its name in 2012 it was orange before that who I have been with since 1990, what has that got to do with my problem?

 

Yes i have turned it off and on about 20 times

Have you tried manually connecting to another network?

tried to manually connect to the three different networks which come when manual selected and also tried on auto

Do you know of anyone else who is with you on EE or another UK network who has got working signal?

Have you tried connecting to the same network as them?

 

Are you able to try a reset of your network settings?

I have tried all available networks, although Moroc Telecom does not come up when searched manually 

 

Tech support has reset the network a couple of times.

 

The app and the website still says roaming is blocked in the settings for my account
