Roaming add-on

Hi

I am working in Greece until around the end July 2022, and need the roaming add-on which I understand is £10 / month. I was intending to visit my local EE shop in Lichfield over the Christmas break to arrange in person, but unfortunately could not travel because of covid restrictions here in Greece. Can I get arrange the add-on remotely?

I have a SIM card only contract in my own phone, which is a Samsung A41 (4G)......

@graham_04 Roaming is for short stays abroad 2 months in any 4 month period after this time you can be charged for international calls/texts. You can purchase this add on online Please see THIS as you’ll only need this add on come January.

As a sanity check, please may I check whether you have a contract/Plan start date of earlier than 7th July 2021 ?
