Hi. What’s the craic with roaming while in USA? 
Do I need to buy some sort of add-on or is it included?

Welcome to the community. 

That's right, you will need to the Roam Abroad Pass on your account to be able to access your calls, texts and data. 

Do you have a plan with Inclusive Extras? if yes, you can choose the Roam Abroad Pass for free. 

Alternatively, you can pay £15 for the Roam Abroad Pass rolling add-on on your account. 

Please also ensure you activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150. 

To add the pass before you leave text ROAMING PASS to 150.

Yes, by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150. You will be charged per billing month.
