Roaming Charges

I am going to Portugal soon and I'm looking at adding the Roaming pack. When I ho to add I get the following message:-

Your new add-ons will start on 14-10-2023

Services to be added: Roam Abroad Pass
Charge frequency: Monthly
Recurring cost: £15.00

I never want to assume that anything is as it reads, but does this mean my Roaming package will run from 14/10/23 to 13/11/23? Also how do I cancel when I'm back home or does EE only charge again if I request ot again.

Sorry if any of this is obvious. Thanks in advance for any help.

The Roam Abroad Pass is charged £15 (soon to be £25) per billing period. It will run until you cancel it which you do by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 or you can remove it from your add-ons in your MyEE.

Also remember to manually enable roaming, which the billing add-on doesn't do, but is required to allow your phone to connect to foreign networks.

Text ROAMING to 150 from the UK before leaving the country, else you run the risk of not having coverage abroad.
