Does anybody know why roaming won’t activate within the controls settings in the EE app? It says disabled with a Red Cross, when I try It keeps failing and going back to the cross. I have text activated roaming using 150 and also the travel data pass. I am going to Turkey on Sunday and really need access to data when I land (not worried about calls and texts - didn’t activate that)

It means you need to contact EE CS on 150 and pay a deposit to use the roaming options.
Roaming in Turkey is expensive as it's outside the EU. For add-ons and charges see here:

@GaryB91 : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

Thank you. I have decided to go with an e sim option for a data only plan. Didn’t realise how easy it was to do that and keep using the same number.
