Hi I need to buy the roaming pass but I can’t text ROAMING PASS because I can’t get signal (because I don’t have the pass lol)

 

any help to apply the pass to my account?

  1. Not LOL! Not having the Roaming Pass is not the reason for having no signal. You have no signal cuz you did not activate roaming on your a/c before you left UK..
  2. Can't you buy the Roaming Pass thro' your online MyEE > Add-ons & Extras?

Did you resolve this? It's ridiculous I've already added once by ringing and speaking to someone, now it's not working again and I can't find a simple button to buy again

 

@Calder1985 : What are you trying to do? Are you trying to buy the Roam Abroad Pass or are you already abroad & you are unable to use your services?
