I have just go to Greece and I’ve been faffing with Thai for ages and still not internet.
I’ve done an add in pack and I’ve done a 10£ credit and it still sayidn I haven’t done it right even tho this is exactly what the text says to do

Are you a pay as you go customer? Did you use the SIM in the UK to make a call or send a message before travelling abroad?
