Restoring deleted voicemail

Hi, I just deleted a voicemail by mistake. Is there any way to get it back, I tried calling voice mail but it didn’t give me the option to review my deleted messages.

Sorry, but once a voicemail has been deleted you can't recover it.

The option to review deleted messages only exists during the same call/voicemail session as when the messages were deleted. Once you hang up, they've gone.

This used to be a useful feature - to be able to review messages that you'd deleted.

I deleted a message today by accident expecting to be able to go into the voicemail menu and listen again and maybe (as before) save it.....

Very disappointing as it didn't seem that long ago that you'd hear the female voice saying "To review deleted messages press....."

This feature is obviously now missed by your users Orange/EE - please listen to your users and reinstate it.

Any voicemails that are important, should always be saved to an offline method - a  network-based-save only ever lasted 7days in any case.

Offline backups of important data is standard good  practice. I've also just tested leaving myself a voicemail from another phone, deleting it and then returning to the main menu. "To review the deleted messages" was offered.
