Red dot on voicemail

Sent myself round the bend this afternoon. With the annoying red dot on voice mail. I have left a message to delete everything. I have called 150. I have text 150 vm on vm off I have goggled and read up but still there

@Scarybiscuit27  The voicemail you leave yourself needs to be over 10s long and you need to listen to it in full right up to the point where you’ve given instructions on what to do with it.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I have done that but when I call voice mail it is saying no messages. I am getting a transcript underneath the call get work provider button. I have gone into setting and turned this off

If the advice above hasn't cleared it, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look into this further, and see if they can reset the voicemail for you to clear the notification.

Thank you for the message. I did ring tech support but as Im not the bill payer. It’s in my husbands name. They couldn’t help me
We left various messages on my VM mail last night. And deleted
This morning I turned off live voicemail left a long message as suggested. Went into VMail rung the answerphone service listed so was able to listen and delete. With live VMail on I couldn’t do this. Well red dot gone. Thank you to all
