Hi, I am having this exact same problem with my phone. Same messages etc. As the problem was eventually rectified for this user, I was wondering if you could assist me too please?

What device are you using?

Hi Leanne, thanks so much for your quick response. It is my works mobile. On days off I will forward my phone to the office mobile so that calls can be answered by colleagues in my absence. I have been doing this for months with no issue. Today I have been working from home and tried to take my mobile off divert to the office and I get the same error message and it won't let me take the phone off divert. Sometimes it shows the number it's diverted to and other times it doesn't! I have taken the sim out, cleaned it, I have left the phone off for a time. I have turned WiFi off and tried it and then on again, I have checked for any phone updates and it was recently updated. I am at a loss! All of my calls are diverted to the office phone! I can make outgoing calls fine, just can't get any incoming.

Sorry didn't say, it's a Samsung a40.  Below is the error message.

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if you can cancel the diverts?

If your phone has an option to change the network mode to 2G/3G or to temporarily lock 4G, that may be worth a try also.
