Hi, I'm really confused about the fair use limit for Canada. EE has stated in several places that its 50gb but also states that its 15gb in other places, such as the app for instance. Ive only just set up my plan today as I was told that it was 50gb and I was more than happy with the plan but if it's in fact only 15 I will be cancelling after less than a day of signing up as this just simply isn't enough for me. Please clarify which amount is true and correct because there's alot of info supporting both 50 and 15 from EE themselves!

@Simon888 : It's 50GB data / month for contracts - see What is the Roam Further Pass? :
Good to know:If your plan comes with more than 50GB of data per month, a fair use policy of 50GB will apply when roaming abroad.

Hi @Simon888
In addition to @XRaySpeX post please ensure roaming and international calls is activated on your account before you leave the UK. You can also text ROAMING to 150.
Not all accounts are roaming active and you may need to pay a deposit hence checking before you leave is the best approach.
Thanks

Hi and thanks for your response! I have indeed read this but as per my screenshot just posted, it says 15gb applies (not the only place this is mentioned either) hence the confusion. Yes I have the roamer pass.

Hi @Simon888
What tariff are you on and what is your data allowance?
Thanks

Thanks for this! Does this still apply to me even though I'm on a plan and the roamer pass is already active on my account? Thanks

It used to be 15 GB a year or 2 back but EE hasn't updated all their help pages. You'll also find it in the EE pay monthly roaming plans T&Cs
