Unable to receive calls or texts abroad

I have a same issue and looks like EE couldn’t fix the isseue. All troubleshooting done and I still can’t receive any calls from any network. Any idea why?

Does your phone show a connection to local network in your host country?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
