As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

@Keith1963 , if you cannot make a call via your phone, you can always use someone else’s phone or a web based app.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
