I don't understand, please explain how do I turn of EE always sending incoming calls to my blue nail after 2 rings of the bell

Have you tried texting VM OFF to 150 from your phone to turn off your voicemail? The EE voicemail for mobile should divert after 20 seconds by default, if it is coming up shorter than this I would recommend speaking to our technical team.
The post you are replying to with the GSM code, in order to try that you enter the number in your keypad and dial the number in the post as if making a call.

You may also be able to alter the delay period manually, some phones have a menu option. The delay is measured in seconds not "how many times does my ringtone play"
