my emails are not updating , have been into settings  , mail ,and turned on and off and on again the push button , turned off phone, refreshed ... what more can i do ? my phone is an I phone 6

Are your other apps able to use data as usual?

Do you see the same problem over mobile data and WiFi?

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?
