Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account? Are you in the UK?
Have you tried restarting your phone?

Hi Leanne,
It's a company/business mobile account, and I'm here in the UK.
I have tried restarting my phone many times and I have the WIFI calling
enabled, neither has helped. I am part of my local community fb page and I
am one many EE users who are having this problem with no reports of a
single EE user who is unaffected.
Despite this the EE network coverage on the website says that there is no
issue (and being unable to report a problem via that) however trying to
send a message to 150 I consistently get the error message: couldn't send
message and have no reception to make or receive calls.

This reply to all and EE in general. I have seen here some so called community helper are asking for some details and so on.
Why EE have to rely on so called community to solve the people who pays them to do their own job. Who pays community and how can we trust them? Why EE don't do their own job and rely on community?
Not only EE, too many company now they save money and still charge a fortune for a service we don't get ie 5G pr WiFi 7 and many services which they even exists.
IMO this services should be scrapped and company responsible to pick up calls or reply individuals problems should deal with their own mess.
Don't use word COMMUNITY and run away with their money every month with no services. If you want to run pick up their own rubbish and deal with it.
To you community guys, don't waste your precious time and help the EE who are sitting and let you do their work. There is no COMMUNITY in terms of robbing people and increase 3quid every March of the year.

I need call from ee to unlock my phone number as i cannot make calls text or connect with 150 even though i have balance on my account. Im abroad atm and cannot go to ee point..

Have same issue and there's no way to contact them via internet. I cannot afford calling them from another phone from other country.. its ridiculous they don't have a chat or email to contact in such situations. I need my phone number unlocked and i have funds on it, topped up and still cannot text or call!
