I’m also having this issue. It’s a nightmare as I can’t complete 2 step verification for email etc whilst away.
I have premium calls and roaming activated, but can’t connect to a network. I’ve rebooted a few times but still nothing.
My second line on my account connects to the network without any issues.
can someone help as this is a massive pain

When did you activate roaming? Account changes can take up to 24 hours to take affect.

it has never been off! I’ve deactivated and reactivated today.

Hi James,
I have waited 24hrs - still nothing. This is an absolute nightmare! I can’t book flights or use my cards as my 2 step verification is all linked to my UK mobile phone number. We are basically stranded and can’t withdraw any funds at the moment.
Roaming and premium calls are on. I am not seeing any cellular network on my phone with my UK sim card in. What is next?
