Hi,

I have encountered similar issue, cannot even contact EE support centres. Could anyone from EE support help me on this please.

Could you give some more detail on the issue you have?

I am outside UK and while my incoming/outgoing services have worked fine, my outgoing calls have now been barred and upon calling any number (including the EE support #), it just says 3UT1 something and that outgoing calls are barred and gives a number to call - even if I try to call that support #, it still says outgoing calls are barred.

Would like to add that I did have chargeable activity on my SIM quite regularly, but do not have a roaming add-on.
