Re: Anyone else trying to make a complaint and then call is cut off?

I have also tried and oddly yes when I am put on waiting of after about 45 mins cut off tried five times so far and still unable to cancel.  Can note even do this online which I find highly suspicious.

@mudikanwa : Raise it yourself. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

If you're out of contract, and just want to cancel, can you use a PAC or STAC instead and avoid having to talk to anyone?
