Problem calling from the USA

I am in the USA and cannot make any calls. I cannot contact EE to sort

I have a business monthly account.

Very poor I cannot sort with EE

Did you enable international roaming before leaving the UK? That allows your phone to connect to foreign networks which inturn allows you to make calls, send texts & use mobile data.

Without roaming being active, then an inability to connect to foreign networks is expected. Try contacting EE using Skype over a WiFi-connection on +44 800 0798586
