Phoning 150

Phoning 150 now forces you to visit a website (useless if you have a non-smart phone) which itself limits you to topics that have no relevance to the problem I'm having!

@revgl  no it doesn’t if you listen to the opinions given and stop pressing option 1

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's basically the same IVR either way - whether you dial 0800-0798586, 0800-9566000, 07953 966150 or 150.

@ee_user14 : The Freephone no. has never asked me to visit a website.

Whatever 150 Opt 1 is, it's certainly not the same as Freephone Opt 1.

0800 0798586 gives the same first-level options as 150, calling from both my lines and an O2 PAYG. Including the spiel about "our new visual service getting you there quicker than ever" (garbage, but that's another debate)

So, @ee_user14 , what does 150 Opt 1 & 2 offer? I can't dial 150.
