Hi I have the Travel Further add on but my phone won’t work. My EE app says I have the add on but I have no service anywhere or any data. This means I can’t contact EE to solve the issue because I have no service!! Any help is much appreciated.

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.
Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Control Content > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?
If not already enabled, you need to call CS to enable the Roaming Abroad and Call Abroad and Premium Rate settings of your MyEE.

Great idea but there’s no way to get to a person - calling that number gets you stuck in a loop of endless recorded information and no way to get to a human. I’m sooooo frustrated w EE at the moment - I’ve paid for roam further but roaming is “blocked” in my settings and I can’t unblock it. Argh!

@Meswartz : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
