 Good afternoon
I called the customer service to reactivate my number, they said they reactivated, but so far I didn't receive any messages, is it possible to check if my number is active please?

@RobertoConti  Try restarting the device a few times.  It can take up to 24 hours to activate.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@RobertoConti : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)? Does that work at all?

i tried to send AL to 150, but the message cannot be delivered, I am writing from Italy on a dual-sim Android phone,
it's important because all the communication with HMRC and other companies is throughout that number.
As stated that it will take up to 24h to be reactivated, i am still far away...

thanks

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Even if you had, I'm doubtful whether you can resurrect a PAYG SIM while abroad.
