Hi @Zakshshsbsh

Have you checked that roaming, international calls and text are activated on your account (if you're on a pay monthly contract).

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I will be cancelling my EE account as soon as I get back.

This is a complete joke usually the least I’d get is a text once I land .

how do I go about doing that ?

Hi @Zakshshsbsh

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your phone abroad.

Is it a pay monthly contract SIM card or pay as you go? If it's contract, could you check the roaming and international calling status in your My EE account please?

It's under Settings > Parental and data controls.

Chris

Hi Christopher,

I have check this and roaming is showing as blocked but when I try to unblock it and change it to Green it says contact 150 but as you know I can’t 😞

When I try to enable roaming it asks to message INFO to 150 . Why would it not let me enable it ?

I’m in the US for another week and need to use my phone to get around .

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
