I’m in Brazil and a don’t have signal and internet… before I came I called to activate the travel pass… but I doesn’t work… what do I do? I can’t call there.

You need to activate roaming
Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - your allowance- Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
