Hi, i have no service at all. Tried re-startimg phone etc  but still no service. Can you help

  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract. 
  • What device do you have and did you obtain it from EE.
  • Are you in the UK.
  • Have you tried restarting your device. 
  • Does this occur in one location.
