Hello,
I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 14; there was no service
a replacement sim has been sent out and 24hours later there is still no service.
-I have reset the network settings
-turned the divide off and on / refreshed with airplane mode
-checked network setting etc
still not working

A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.
If neither applies, then just swapping the working SIM from old phone to new phone is a quick way to avoid unnecessary replacement of working SIM.
Does either SIM work in your old phone?

Neither of the SIM cards work in my old phone.

This would suggest an account-specific issue which would need account access to resolve.
