No mobile data despite increasing spend cap

I have EU roaming and have been using it for approx 6 days in Croatia. I received a text yesterday saying I had hit my spend cap (£10) so I went in and increased it to £15 as I’m here for another 2 days.

seems like that hasn’t worked as I now have no data (hotspottong someone else to type this) and because of that I can’t call customer services to check. 

anything to be done?

Hi @dixon10

Welcome to the community.

Changing your spend cap only takes effect from the next billing date. If you pause your spend cap, it will be removed straight away, but will start again on your next bill cycle. If you remove it completely, it will be removed straight away.

Text PAUSE SPEND CAP to 150 to pause it.

Text REMOVE SPEND CAP to 150 to remove it.
