Hello I’d like to ask why I only get 4G service and not 5G I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max

In order to access 5G services, you need 1: A 5G phone, 2: Be on a 5G-plan, 3: Be in a location covered by the 5G network

You can check the third option via "check coverage" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
