My voicemail when out of signal says this number is no longer available

If I miss a call and I’m in signal it just plays my normal voicemail but apparently for months if I’m sitting in my kitchen or am out of signal anywhere else it’s telling people my number is no longer available!!!!

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Could you try texting VM OFF to 150 and then VM ON to 150 and see if calls are connected to your voicemail when you have no signal?

The link posted by rkycom refers to visual voicemail, which is different to the standard voicemail service.
