Anyone from EE available? I am in France and can't connect to any services unless on donor else's WiFi. Can't make calls. Got a text when I arrived to say my services will work fine! Can you assist?

If you received the welcome text message on arrival in France, that suggests roaming is activated.
In this case, toggling flight mode or manually selecting a different local network may resolve.

Thanks for reply, it doesn't sleek. Tried everything I can think of including open network and flight mode ( I drove).

You cannot have roaming activated then. Use the Freephone number over Skype in my signature to contact EE, or use live chat.
