Lon calls or texts abroad in Majorca

I’m currently in Majorca.  I have a roaming pass active.  I have roaming active on my phone.  I cant make calls or texts.

I cant call or text EE for help because it won’t allow.

can someone advise how to contact them or what I can do

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling? 

Can you manually search for a network in your phone settings, does your phone show any available?

Hi Leanne,

I didn’t text roaming before I left because I have done it previously.

I can search for networks, am connected to a network and can use data no problem.

I can receive calls but not make calls or send texts.

Can you try and connect to a different network, does this work calls and texts? 

Can you use data when not connected to WiFi?

yes, I can use data without wifi.
