Hi,
For some reason since I've changed from iphone13 to 15 and moved to eSim my voicemail is not working.
I've long pressed 1 and called 222 but the numbers just cut out, I've also messaged VM ON and OFF and restarted my phone many times but still not working.
I have spoken to technical support and they couldn't work out what the problem is.
Anyone had any luck in getting their voicemail to work?

What did CS offer by means of resolution? Given that you were calling them for help in resolving a problem, did they leave you high & dry? Or offer to escalate the issue as necessary?
If they declined to deal with your issue and effectively left you high & dry, I'd consider that grounds for complaint.

Well CS was supposed to call me today at 12.30 with an update but as expected there was no call.
Still no voicemail and no one knows why!
