Good Morning
I am on holiday in Mauritius. I forgot to activate International roaming before leaving. I’ve tried doing it on the app, but it keeps saying there is a problem. This phone is on a business tariff and is used for work. Can anyone help, EE’s information tells me to text 150, which I cannot do, as I have no service.

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lovely time in Mauritius so far.
It sounds like the roaming needs to be activated from our side. Is there someone from your company who can call us on your behalf?
