I can't topup from abroad

I'm currently outside UK for a couple of years. I bought multiple top up vouchers/PIN and I am not allowed to top up the Pay as you go SIM

All of the EE phone numbers I try, are answering with "good bye".

Can someone please help me with this matter?

Where are you? You won't be able to use the vouchers outside the EU as you can't text 150 from there. Can't you top up from your MyEE?
