Hi Katie,
Please can you tell me how to use Group Call as your link does not work.
FWIW, the Conference call was something I and I assume many customers valued. Why have EE chosen to stop this service?

Welcome to the EE Community.
From the 31 January 2021 Group Calling will no longer be available. The service has a very low usage from customers, and our network supports third party tech and apps which enable group calling.
