I have a very specific issue that Two Factor Authentication Texts from Barclaycard are not being received. All other texts and one other credit card works and receive TFA text meassages. Told to contact EE, 3 messages sent at 12:50 from Barclycard and not received and told to contact EE.
I cannot talk to anybody, or find live chat, everything appears do it yourself. Called my local EE store told call 150 and select option 1 then 4, I get a text in response on option 1 and generic issues to navigate down. Told use live chat and logged in to EE and cannot find it active. Message is in-active. Can EE or anyone in community provide contact number so I can talk to Technical Support.

If you call 150, then select option 2 then 1 this will give you the options for our mobile care team and you can select technical support. The team will get this looked into for you.

It was select option 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 3 to get help. For those who are experiencing this problem. Barclaycard Two Factor Authentication send 6 character messages. Mine have been arriving but phone is some how blocking them. As part of diagnostic's, after a couple of tweaks on phone settings, the next steps are a sim card test to another phone (can do in store) then possible phone hardware reset. With time and loss/reset of existing apps just to get Barclaycard on-line purchases to work. Its not worth the effort to support Barclays unique TFA security. Told many others have experienced this issue, thankfully I have a Lloyds credit card that TFA messages come through on. So forgetting using Barclaycard purchases on line!!

I am currently sitting in a swiss railway station using my wife's phone. for at least the past six days I have had NO service at all on my phone. no data, no voice, no text.
i left France this morning and am now on my way home.

Is your phone set up for roaming abroad? Text ROAMING to 150.
Also, try rebooting and manually seelcting a network if it is still not working.

Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?
If pay monthly, did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling?
