How do I change the parental setting ?

EE has reset my phone with a parental setting which blocks all 18+ I am 48! How do I change this setting?

Hey there @Kazzbadd, welcome back to the Community!
With parental controls, if you check out our help page here, you should be able to get these switched using the EE App.
It's only a bit different if you're on pay as you go, in which case you'll need to speak with us directly either over the phone, or in one of our retail stores.
Over the phone we'll do a refundable credit card check to confirm your age, or you can also provide photo ID in store where we'll be able to register your account and confirm you're over 18.
